Message from our Membership Chair
Can you believe the year is already half over? We have had some exciting educational activities happen with STAMSP already this year and I hope you have taken advantage of these opportunities. We had a great turn out for our first audio conference in March, thank you to those who turned in the assessment surveys; they really help us focus on upcoming events. The TSMSS conference, held April 13-17, was a huge hit and we had some fun along the way. We have many more exciting events planned for the rest of the year, so check your calendars.
I would like to take this opportunity to encourage all of you Medical Staff Professionals to participate in as many of the upcoming events as you can. Come learn, participate and encourage your colleagues to join us! We gladly welcome new-hires to attend. I would like all of you use STAMSP as a learning tool to help you become more knowledgeable and succeed in our business. The conferences and social networking events are some of the benefits of membership with STAMSP. Without our members STAMSP would not be what it is today, and we want to continue to offer the educational opportunities that are necessary in our field.
